Included is a voice announcement, which will give detailed information about your company's office hours, etc. The caller is given the option to press 0 and speak to an operator if they have an emergency. You will have the choice of allowing your non-emergency callers to leave a detailed voice message, or you may instruct them to call back during regular business hours.
